Notice of Copyright
Sue Zeccola Photography retains ownership of all negatives and digital files of all images. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these images without the express written permission of owner Susan S. Zeccola. Violators of the Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

Payment Methods
We accept check, money order and cash. There is a $25 returned check fee.

Processing
All orders should be placed within 30 days of the sitting and must be accompanied by a 50% down payment. Final payment is due at the time of order pick up.

Shipping & Handling
All shipping charges shall be paid by the client. A minimum $5.00 charge will be applied to all orders being shipped.

Sales Tax
8% sales tax will be applied to items shipped within N.Y. state. Sales tax will not apply to items shipped out of N.Y. State.

Retainers
Sitting Fees are required in full to reserve a studio or location session. These fees are non-refundable yet transferable to another date.

Retainers are required to reserve Wedding dates. These are non-refundable within 6 months of the selected date.

Retouching
Complimentary retouching for only glass glare, shine on face and minor blemishes. Free estimates for extensive retouching and digital artwork will also be provided.

Price Protection
Sue Zeccola Photography guarantees prices contracted for professional services, photographs and albums for one (1) full year from the date of the event. After that time, all prices are subject to change.
